From our croft to your kitchen, every jar is handled with care.
Shipping
Every order is packed by hand and sent from our croft in the Scottish Highlands.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days
- We currently ship across the UK
- We primarily use Royal Mail for delivery, with alternative couriers used where appropriate
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier
You’ll receive confirmation once your order is on its way.
Delivery Issues
While most orders arrive without issue, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5–7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Postage
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and delivery location.
Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- your order number
- a photo of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned.
Returns
As our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used goods.
If your item is unused and in its original condition, you can contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll advise on returning it.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.
- If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund
- If it has already been sent, our returns policy will apply
