By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You agree:
- not to misuse the site
- not to attempt to interfere with its functionality
- not to use it for unlawful purposes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
3. Products
We produce and sell small-batch Highland honey.
Because our honey is a natural product:
- colour, flavour, and texture may vary between batches
- availability may change depending on the season and harvest
We do our best to describe our products accurately, but slight variations are part of what makes each jar unique.
4. Food information
Our honey is a natural food product.
Please note:
- Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months old
- Honey may crystallise over time – this is completely natural and does not affect quality
- Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature
If you have specific dietary or allergy concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products.
Your order is only accepted when:
- you receive an order confirmation email, and
- payment has been successfully processed
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- a product is out of stock
- there is an error in pricing or description
- we suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.
6. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is correct.
However, if an obvious error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery:
- may be handled by third-party carriers
- may vary depending on location and time of year
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
courier services
weather conditions
circumstances outside our control
If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
8. Risk & ownership
Ownership of the product passes to you once payment is received.
Risk (responsibility for the goods) passes to you once the order has been delivered.
9. Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we generally do not accept returns unless:
- the item is damaged in transit
- the item is incorrect
If there is an issue with your order:
- contact us within 7 days of delivery
- include photos where possible
If a refund is agreed, it will be processed to your original payment method.
10. Product condition
We take care to package our honey securely.
However, if your jar arrives:
- broken
- leaking
- or otherwise damaged
please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including:
- text
- images
- branding
belongs to Fableman’s Highland Honey Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without permission.
12. Liability
We do not accept liability for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- loss of business or opportunity
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
